BizCafe

I was the Marketing Manager of a business simulation assignment called BizCafe for a BUAD 1001 course. BizCafe simulated a real business, and so every decision you made impacted how well your company ran. The goal was to run a successful business that made a significant revenue.
As Marketing Manager, I created the brand's logo and slogan. I also regulated the cost of products and what I thought the company should be selling based on market demand and clientele.
My team of six and I effectively collaborated to ensure a profitable company. Due to our efforts, Brew Haven, our company, successfully reached our target market and increased its revenue significantly throughout the simulation.
